We will provide a full refund if the order is cancelled the same day it is placed.  If the order is already made, we will charge a 30% restocking fee from the total amount of the bill. We guarantee your full refund or product replacement if it arrives damaged. You must contact us within 3 days of product arrival and request a credit or replacement.  If the order is return, refunds will be only for the product price and will not include shipping.
